I recently call the firestone dealer they said they had two kind of A/T's in size 265/75/16. One which i s LT which they recommend goes for 159.99$ The other is a just Pmetric for 120.99$. I heard the 159.99$ is for offroading. He couldn't really give me a quick description cause they didn't have them in stock. Can any tell if they look the same and what's the primary difference?

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
usually the LT's are a smidge bigger and can handle more of a load than passenger tires

TSB x 2 because first TSB leaf springs broke
Deeper tread. Look at this link.

P=40lbs per tire speed rating S ( Up to 112mph).
(higher load capacity)LT=42lbs per tire speed rating R (Up to 106mph)

Read this as well, speaks to the differences in PSI, etc.

p-metric is going to be a 6 ply side wall as an lt will more than likely be an 8 ply i work for firestone and to be honest if your not towing anything stay with the p-metric if you dont you ar going to regreat it later the ride is going to be harder on an lt tire sidewall is thicker not much give

If you don't need the LT's, don't. The ride will suck a bit, especially if you get the TSB.
