Ya I think it's growing on me. It was free so that doesn't hurt. Came with the 98 I'm parting out.

I planned on just removing it to paint it black but once I took it off I was like damn that looks good.

Better cover those holes or you will be swimming in that thing. Can giraffes swim?

Already plugged them with a plate I made to hold the weatherstripping down as well as utilized the original waterproof washers with new smaller bolts as well as silicone dipped the bolt.

I washed it after and looked and no leaks currently

@LTDSC did you do your hood yourself?
What product and is there seems.
My hood is bad and I've been thinking of wrapping it

I didn't do it myself. I had a pro do it. No seams, turned out great. I went with a satin finish.

Dig it. Been considering taking mine off as well until I build a proper one that can actually be used for holding things.

Btw @LTDSC do your tires rub your resis at all up front? Just put some 3/4" Bora spacers on, so now have 3.5" BS, and will be changing my hoses out, trying to figure if they will fit on the frame or if I need to go vertical with them.

I don't touch them. I think it's because of the TC LCAs though. But I have yet to touch them. Close but not yet.

Further than I could do by the weekend. Wouldn't be able to leave till the weekend and that thing will be gone.

So I'll settle with picking up a CBI rear plate for $150 tonight.

Was a T4R member who rolled his 4runner. One side is a bit twisted but not horrible. Powder coated too. Picking up some BFG 285's this week as well then it should be good for a while.

Damn 4th Gen bumpers are expensive. My last 4runner I picked up a CBI hybrid rear with swingout for $600. The BFG's are worn a bit but 5 mounted on 2nd gen taco steelies for $150 is worth it to get off my 265/70/16 street tires.

See that baffles me. I could buy a whole vehicle for that.

    Yup, 4K!

if it looks halfway decent youll make a fortune. Just hope its not too late in the game.

Also i hope it makes the others realize they're raping people with their pricing.
