Sounds similar to my local pricing, we're a bit higher.

I have an ARB sitting at my parents house and will take measurements for the mounting rails tomorrow. My rack will end up being right at 7 feet long and I'll be adding 2 1/2" X 1/8" sheets to each side to make it look a little cleaner. Depending on how far away the top and bottom rail are apart on the awning may or may not change the height of that aluminum sheet. Assuming I won't end up with a 4" tall plate on each side, that's my plan as if now. I plan on mounting the awning to that sheet by drilling through it. If the awning mounting rails are in fact further than I think, I'll get an aluminum sheet at 7' x 5" x 1/8" and have someone laser cut out where I'll mount the awning. The 1/8" thickness is up in the air depending on flex.

For this weekend, I'm hoping I can build at least the frame and mounting points to the roof. Once I have that done, figuring out how to mount the awning will be much easier

So looks like on an ARB awning the mounting tracks are roughly 1 7/8" on center and the overall height of the mounting plate is 2 3/8". Just got the dimensions from my dad so I'll double check this weekend. It's the ARB 2000 so the overall length is just shy of 79". The length of the rack will be in the 84" range.

Plans for the plating are going to be 84" x 1/4 x 2 1/2". That should give me enough thickness to safely mount the awning on and height so I won't have to make any weird cut sections.

    Copy/Paste:

4runner coilovers all come standard with a 14" 650lb spring.

There is NOT currently an option for remote reservoirs either with our without clickers and remote reservoir rear shocks with or without clickers for the 4runners. However they are looking to possibly develop this in the future.

I know. I'm really a fan of the adjustability of clickers though

Sounds like a good plan. Unistrut has all their own fasteners and accessories area at home depot in my area. I bet you may be able to create a mounting system for your ARB awning using some of their accessory pieces. It's pretty stout stuff made out of 1/4in or 3/8in steel and it's got a galvi-zink dip already on it. Some other things I've found useful are in the construction hardware area and are usually all galvinized too. I made my hi-lift mounts out of some of those materials and it worked out quite well.

Browsing their site now, just found a 90 degree angle bracket that should work perfectly. Looks like the holes should line up with what my dad sent me from the awning.

I'm sure I could figure out some easy hilift mounts with their stuff too. Thanks for sharing this man! I'll be sure to post pictures to your thread

Dang looks like a productive weekend for you. If you don't finish the rack sat we can finish it Sunday.
I'll have my version of a cordless impact to swap your cvs. Co2 and and pneumatic impact and I have the correct socket.

I just pulled the cvs off the parts car yesterday and the body and frame are gone tomorrow. Woot woot.

Alright. Ordering Kings from the other GB (Sorry @ramonortiz55). Just waiting to see if I can pay through paypal or something. They want card info via pm and I don't really trust TW security with my credit card info.
