Thanks. It's n141, 885's and 895's. Says for 03-09. Not sure if the 5th gens, my 16, have the same suspension and will work. But i'm emailing him to see if still available.

Go to camelcamelcamel.com and put the Amazon URL in and set the price point you want to watch. It will email you if it drops to or below that price. Did this for my pool pump and got it for $250 cheaper than most other online dealers.

The recovery tred GB on Amazon turned into messing with the amazon algo to get the price to drop like 40 bucks.
    Thanks man. Useful

Hey everybody, just checking in here on TW for the first time. I'm an active member on T4R (same username as this one) and after months of @MattJakobs pestering me into joining, I finally did. I have a 2001 Dorado Gold 4X4 with 251,077 on the ODO and daily drive it and love it. Attached to this post is a photo of @MattJakobs and I at our most recent wheeling/camping trip.

King is continually delaying the group buy shipping.

Do you guys think I should cancel, use money to rebuild the icons? or just hold out. I'm debating internally... I'm tired of rolling around on dead shocks.

Seeing as I just joined TW today and am uninformed on the GB for the King shocks, I'm just giving my .02 on the subject in general. Cost effectiveness is an important factor. Which would you reap the benefits more of: spending the money on new shocks OR rebuilding ICON shocks? New vs. rebuilt... for me, I'd say buy new because it's a refresher for your rig and who doesn't like new shocks? Each option has its pros & cons but that is what I would do if I were in your shoes. Totally subjective though.

Yeah I'm conflicted because I could rebuild the dual shock set up for about 600 bucks or I could switch to brand new single kings.

Originally thought I could make a profit on the switch, but my icons are beat up and need the rebuild so I'd break even.

So if you break even either way, I'd encourage you to take the route that would benefit your ride quality & off road capability the most. So many factors to consider.

Yeah that is the problem. I've never ridden in a 4runner with Kings, I have ridden in my 4runner with dual icons. I like the set up when it is not leaking.
Yeah I hope it gets worked out for you dude. I really liked my prinsu when I had it on my tacoma.

Go King just because. You're not super thrilled with your Icon and you'll get rid of your dual shock set up

Waited 6 months for my front and rear bumpers. Worth every second. Also warned up front.

Understand that completely. I tried not to annoy BAMF but so much and they were helpful when I asked, telling me how much was in front of me.

@4x4runner2002 came up with a bad ass idea about my rear bumper so hopefully I shouldn't have a waiting on that...
