Nope. It went straight in with Nylon sealant around the threads. I also just haven't driven through water in a long long time. I genuinely can't remember. It hasn't even rained in 2 months. I haven't wheeled in Arizona in like 6 months

Also my rear seals and wheel bearings are all brand new. So I'm gonna clean it out really well and call it a day

How do you like those wheelers bump stops? I'm running stock front and rear and really want to throw something new in there.

Ya I like them a lot. You can definitely feel a difference. Once I'm valved a little stiffer, or running a bypass, I'll probably get rid of them.

Just noticed a very slight vibration in the steering wheel when accelerating. Not when coasting, braking, or in cruise control :bananadead:

Hey @dtaco06 did you notice that the 4Runner prinsus don't have the lower slot to put bolts through for awnings like the Tacoma's do?

I have to remember how to wire up these switches. Hopefully it won't be too hard. I think this will be the last wiring project for a bit.

Favor, anyone near their 3rd gen?
The rubber tube with heat shrink over it in this photo. Can someone tell me where it goes? It goes to a hard line and then a soft line. But my soft line isn't connected to anything

Hey! I just bought my first 4runner yesterday! I got underneath to take the running boards off and am noticing a weird leak. I haven't driven in about an hour and a half and there is a decent buildup. It's clear liquid and doesn't small. I'm thinking water. But I'm not sure why and or what this is. Help??
