I think I might put one of them fuel filters inline so I don’t have to worry about anything. they are like 6$ on Amazon although it hasn’t ever happened before.

Let me know how it goes. It's on my list of things to do eventually, but there's a lot of stuff on that list right now haha

I emailed Filthy asking how long it would take. They replied, but didn't answer my question. I called DSM and they said they have them in stock so it would be a very fast turn around time.

I think I'll probably go with DSM if they'll be able to ship them out almost immediately. Now i need to figure out what springs I want.

@MattJakobs you got 650 pound springs on your Kings didn't you? And you came from 600 pound springs on your icons? Happy with that choice?

If I were, I’d do 650’s given your front bumper setup. What were on your toytecs?

I'm thinking 650's also. My Toytecs are 600.

I liked my 650’s and I don’t have any weight up front. I’m on 500’s now though haha

650s seem to be a good medium. 700s are probably too stiff for me, and 600s might be too much preload. With the 650s and my weight I can probably take almost all the preload off the springs and keep my ride height where it's at now, something like 1-2" over stock.

You're a little different than most of us though haha

I would argue 700’s are too stiff for everybody. 650’s would be good though. It’s sweet DSM stocks them!

I ran 600 and 650’s with my ARB and Savage front skids. Didn’t notice a ton of difference but less body roll with the 650. I’d get 650 and swap to 600 if needed. More people have 600 sitting around so should be an easy swap if you wanted to.

The preload difference is a big factor. When I had the icons, they had some crazy preload on the 650lb coils. The Eibach coils on the kings were a longer coil and had barely any preload on them. Rode a lot nicer but that could also be king vs icon.

I just want you to experience two different trucks haha, just for fun. I don’t expect them to be similar at all. My ADS coilovers might be a little soft. I’d like my compression to be increased and my rebound to be decreased, but I’ll probably never get around to doing that
