Which did you go with? You’re going to love that thing. I use mine for camping, road trips, work, grocery shopping then running errands, etc.

Single battery, yellow top, stock size. Plans to do solar this summer for longer trips where there might be more hiking than driving, with the 4Runner as a base camp. My Dometic has settings to turn it off at certain voltage levels and I keep it on the lowest protection level, have yet to have a problem.

Been looking at solar setups from Renogy. Haven’t figured out which set up to go with-I will when I need it. But know a couple guys that are running their stuff and are happy with it.

Haha haven't received those funds yet and won't for a little while. Actually going to use those funds for what they're meant for. And the left overs will be toy money.

Haven’t decided how I want to mount them yet. Probably wait until the rear bumper is on

looking for opinions here. the wifey wants to buy a new full size truck, what would you choose and why. I like the new f150 but only with the 5.0 motor.
it will be 4 door and 4 wheel drive for camping and stuff when not wheeling, but will see dirt roads.

Agree with f150 but disagree with the 5.0. Driven both back to back for 30k miles and eco boost all the way. Better torque and fuel economy. Only thing I miss about the coyote is the sound at wide open throttle. The 5.0 was in a lariat which was killer but the leather seats are too firm in my opinion. They were both 2018 by the way.

Justin’s dad towed one of their boats from NC to VB and said his economist sounded like a whistle the whole time. Besides that, he loves that thing. I ride in it down to Wrightsville Beach with him and it rode nice, felt comfy, didn’t whistle when it wasn’t towing
