At $18k I'd start to consider selling, but at the same time if I had $18k cash right now I wouldn't be able to build a truck as nice as mine. Got a lot of time and money into this truck.

I understand your rationale but 18k for a slightly modded 3rd gen is crazy. This is what I imagine 18k should get you. Not knocking you at all, I know what it’s like to put all the work in.

Oh yeah, no way I'd get $18k for it if I sold it. Right now it's worth at least that much to me apparently. If I had to start from scratch I'm not sure what platform I'd use anyway.

Put some shiny stuff on my buddy’s ‘16 trail, might need to crank the front a bit more to level it out, 550 coils with just a few turns on em (adjusted after pic) King’s and Icon springs in the rear.

Think it's gonna fit with the ditch lights? I know people have problems with the actual ARB one and clearance with the ditch light brackets.

I hope so. Worst case, I order some other ones that hold the ditch lights further in. I think I can make it work with these though

Pretty. Looks like you have the superbumps.
I just traded in the '12 taco for a 5th gen 4runner. I've seen mention of the plastics guy bumps for 4runners. I had wheeler's superbumps on the taco and liked them. Anyone here have an opinion on one vs the other for bumps?

Superbumps actually. I watched a comparison video or read about the differences or something not too long ago. The super bumps are smaller than wheelers for 3rd gens, and I think they were made out of a different material

Rotated my tires yesterday and replaced a broken brake pad spring clip that fixed an annoying squeak. Also noticed my passenger side compression adjuster was set to full firm, and the other side was a few clicks off soft where I normally leave it for around town. I know I didn't do that, so I'm not sure if the passenger side somehow moved on it's own or what.

Lots of other preventative maintenance coming up in the next couple months too, spark plugs and wires, timing belt, fluids, etc. I guess I could install the factor 55 prolink and hella horns I got for Christmas sometime too...
