Hahahahaha they are getting to be a lot less damage since no one has home lines anymore. Phonebooks circa 1995 were death sentences.

Going to be picking this guy up to rebuild or part out depending on the overall condition. Most likely rebuild it, wheel for a while and sell eventually.

190K, auto, 4wd, supercharged...but part of the deal is I'm selling the SC to a friend since he found the deal. Not a deal breaker at all for me. Seems to be pretty basic, but will work for a fun cheap project and could become a wheeler or may rebuild and sell at some point, or strip/part out and keep the 3.4 for a 1st gen 4runner swap eventually. The options are endless, but will be decided once I take possession of it.

If I can find a IJM 01-04 Taco I would do it in a heartbeat. Time to start looking. It has rear damage to the tailgate and bumper, so I'll have to look into that as well.

Current state after the body shop took panels off. IMG_7304.jpg

It was hit front and back so the rear hatch is dented in but still works and the window goes down 1/3 of the way. The front needs a grille, one headlight bracket, bumper and maybe a fender. No apparent frame damage from what I can see. I split the truck with a friend as he will get the supercharger and I get the truck. Made buying the truck dirt cheap and it's in amazing shape. 190k and 4wd. Will be my new wheeling project.

Haha I would have loved the sc but was out of my budget. Ended up getting the whole vehicle for $800. Trust me I'll find a sc for this one eventually.

There's a wrecked one locally to me that I really want. Owner wants $1000 and I'm not sure if I could get it for less even. Has front and rear armor, Bilstein lift, budbuilt skids, spidertrax, 220k miles. I'd keep the rear, part with the rest and make my money back and then some, just don't want to put in the effort

Dang that sounds like a deal. This one is stock, but I was stoked because it runs perfectly and really only needs a grille, bumper and hatch. The rear bumper actually doesn't look bad, but I need to pull everything out of the back and access. Might put it all back together and post it for a trade for a 1st gen 4runner since that's what I really want.
