The only problem with mounting it up top is it's ever so slightly shows in my rear view mirror and I think that would get old

 

I can't even see out my rear view mirror with a 35" spare on the swing out

 

I got passenger side because the gas tank is on the drivers side and I didn't want to deal with a ton of driver side lean.

 

I guess the same will be true for me too eventually, except with a 33

This is true... but I may never end up with a S/C. Though there is a 00 SC'd with 160k forsale locally for $5300 and I feel like I can talk him down a good $500. I'm tempted to borrow some money from the parents, flipping the 4Runner and keeping the S/C

 

anyone have rear limit straps? Wheres you mount the upper mount at? I dont "need" them as the panhard/trailing arm restricts the downtravel a touch but i plan to swap that out soon with an aftermarket one and want to be safe with the rear not over extending with my new bypasses.

Yeah, that might work, you really just need to get all the mounting pieces and cycle to look for clearance issues, as well as length strap. Took quite a few moves to get mine right, lots of shit in a tight space.
