That's stupid expensive..mine was less than $100 in material and less than 3 hours welding and bending. We bent mine though so it's not entirely flat and I wanted it to blend in. It's perfectly flat to haul anything I would put up there. I think the flat ones look kinda funny on a contoured roofline. Almost like a flattop haircut or Frankenstein head. Even all the tacomas with prinsus look better with stuff on them.

She would burn it down if she could legally

The brakes were done right before I bought it, so I knew I would eventually do it. The brakes held but you could tell they were strained. That's when I knew the brakes had to be done

That's ridiculous. We were quoted $100 or so in material for my design. Do you have a welder local to you that can help?

So that Weasel in the back...

Disc conversions are not as straight forward as you would think... the master cyl needs to get replaced too.

I know 40ish for wolf today/night. super tempted. next weekend is more likely though...

With a 5 speed the stock brakes are just fine....

At $1900 for labor alone (20 hours at $95), I'm better off getting one from like Baja Rack for example, they'll beat price shipped by a pretty significant amount, practically half. I came to the local fabricator with plans, material list and dimensions so I'm not sure where they're finding the 20 hours from. I'm even sonskdering buying one and doing the back squared off and the front notched off at 45 degree angles. I could buy a pretty damn good welder and supplies and still make money. Then make a few for some local guys and get my money back. Hell even if I blotch the whole thing, I can buy a rack after buying a welder and still come in under $2000

Looks like I'm leaking oil on the passenger side of the 4Runner near the starter. And thoughts? Is that headers?

Just looked at the list of what was done when engine was swapped. That wasn't on the list so highly possible. Dropping off at a local master tech who does free lance work. Should be about $100 which is probably worth having him do it.

That's what I did when it was time for bumpers, the welder paid for itself many times over, one the best purchases Ive ever made.
