Allpro Apex aluminium bumper is on. Had an issue taking my driver side remote resi holder off. One of the bolts is free spinning in place, so Ill have to cut it and hopefully use a Nut-sert to get it back in. Either way, it is preventing me right now from putting the lower valance on for the Allpro bumper.

Allpro IFS skid is on order and that will get painted and mounted.
Archive garage hammer hangers and cross bar are on order, hopefully should be here in the next couple weeks. They are going to be paired with a new fresh set of Deaver U402 Stage II.

You can notice in some of the pictures that my resi holders are notched and broken. I did this forever ago because of the ARB bumper. I am making some 6" pieces of bent metal to fix that. I plan on drilling and tapping some holes into the holder to bolt a brace onto them. Paint them up and call it a day.

While I was away for work, Dirt King and DSM did some work for me.
@Dirt King Fab installed their LCA and ball joint UCA, welded up the @Marlin Crawler HD LCA frame kit, and fabbed up some mounts to house 2.0 Compact King bumps.
@Downsouth Motorsports rebuilt by front and rear shocks for me as well.

I simply cannot say enough about the service at @Dirt King Fab. Greg and Nick were nothing but top notch to work with. Their work is quality and their products are fantastic. I will absolutely go back in the future and recommend them to anyone.

A few little projects. Finally got the resivoir mounts fixed. I did a terrible shotty notch on them a few years back, and road salt rusted them though. My brother in law bent some steel for me at work and I drilled and tapped it all together. Cut the back of the bolts off, primer and paint.




This allowed me to finally finish the AllPro bumper lower valance and IFS skid. Also installed my Baja Designs amber fogs. Now I need to fix my janky grill.

 

Put about 50 miles of dirt on the new Dirt King suspension the other day and it was absolutely killer. The bump stops made a huge improvement and it felt like butter. The rear end is still so shakey, but as soon as my Archive hammer hangers get in that will all change. Dirt King makes killer product, definitely recommend.

I can also show anyone who wants to ditch the snorkel but not replace the fender my somewhat janky but decent fix for about $10. Makes you look like a cool guy with a cool skewp.

Finally updating after some work that has been done.
The guys at JD Fab did a stellar job on the LCA Pivot kit and some other odds and ends.

They also shortened my Pelfreybilt bumper a few inches on the side to be more accommodating of 35s. One thing I will say about the guys at JD Fab is that they don't leave a stone unturned. I needed to replace my passenger side CV axle, and while the entire front end was apart they swapped the spare I brought with me, and without question they replaced my diff fluid. Little things like this go a long way on the customers end. They recommended I get new tie rods, so I did and they didn't take advantage of extra hours they could have charged. Needless to say, I am thrilled with their work, and the quality of the product is hands down the best I have seen.

Right now my up travel is bumped early to prevent me from bashing my inner fender supports out, so on the list are some fancy JD Fab inner fenders and their steering pump kit.

 

This last weekend I spend about 8 hours installing the Archive Garage Hammer Hangers that have been on a shelf still in plastic wrap since last march. I ended up pairing it with a new set of Deaver U402 Stage II springs, some Timben bumps, and an AllPro Ubolt flip kit.
In all I am very pleased with everything, the ride is much smoother. I hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew with the stage II springs. I went stage II instead of I only because I have a shell, heavy bumper with swing gate, full size spare, and then if I ever add stuff like drawers I didn't want to be sagging with weight.

The new setup has be somewhat wishing I had gone spring under to keep the ride height a bit lower, but such is life. I'll be getting 35s on this week or next so maybe it will help fill some of the void.

One thing that I used to make the job go a bit smoother was used this air hammer with a fine point punch. So once I had cut and drilled the rivet heads, I popped them out with a quickness using this air hammer. 10/10 would recommend if you put these on.

Removed the Prinsu racks from the truck which will be for sale. Also swapped the king springs out to 600lb springs from 700, much better. I'll post some pictures but for now the toy I actually use..
