Okay I have been reading a ton of threads and still can't figure out if you have to bend your inner fender or not when you opt to cut the uca bolts to uninstall. Any definitive answers would be appreciated!

Either bend the fender or cut the bolt. No need to do both

You can bend the fender on the drivers side ***be aware of the abs lines behind it, unclip them before you do grab the fender with pliers.

The Passenger side has a reinforcement to the fender won't allow the bolt to be removed even if you try to bend it. I cut the bolt from the top and pulled it all the way out through the back. Replacement bolt part # is 90105-A0095 and cost about $13. When reassembling insert the new bolt from the back.
