I would think its a leak between the front WRAFs and rear O2s. Maybe a collector crush gasket? Not sure if a manifold or SAI gasket leak would cause cat inefficiency or not, but I guess check everything exhaust related?

Too much passing and your MPG won't be that good! :D

Honey, I ordered that 6 months ago. They said it was on back order. :D

Just order yourself something. Tell your sweetie that a bunch of your Tacomaworld buddies pitched in for a gift. :stirthepot:

The only issue I'm having is that the damn exhaust is still not quiet enough for my tastes. I wonder if an additional resonator would help. I may be able to squeeze one more in there before the muffler.

Anyone think the second resonator would help, or is this big ass Magnaflow going to be loud no matter what?

You got the 3" mark whatever magnaflow from URD? I think its gonna be loud no matter what unless you go back to stock and add a resonator with what you're pushing through there

How the heck is it running if the exhaust is plugged to where no gasses can get out?!?!??

You have to have some major leaks.

Did you install new crush gaskets between the headers to y-pipe? Have you re-torqued on all of the header and y-pipe hardware?

I'm just saying, it's probably the quietest on the market without tossing 2 resonators and a muffler on there. You're still flowing more than stock so its gonna be loud. You want a quiet racetruck lol.

I think I've replaced the crash gaskets twice .. once when I stilled the headers then last week for the y pipe. I recall both components came with 2 each.

I've checked for exhaust leaks a week after I installed the headers and a 2nd time after installing the y pipe which was a week ago. Then a 3rd time at a muffler shop to weld the resonator. All the hardware was re-torqued twice and they were all tight. I do smell a bit of exhaust when I am driving. The cels appeared after installing the headers so I m gonna start from the header gasket.

After the 3rd tune .. 420 seems to have fixed it self, still have 430.

Probably take it to my buddy's shop tomorrow and check the whole setup. Again ...

Found a dyno shop near by .. will post some numbers after the 2.55 pulley and upgrading my valve body. Middle of next month.

Tried to look with Techstream what is going on, but I had no luck. It connects to the vehicle, but when trying "Engine and ECT" nothing happens, just scrolling and Please Wait...:
    IMG_3657.jpg
But if I shut down the engine, then it goes further, but then there is no connection anymore:
IMG_3656.jpg Normal? Techstream worked without problems before the UCON.

Got my new ECU in, and the 2.55 on. Overall very happy, now to take a closer look at the data logs from today's test runs

    Nice!
I got a pod mount and was going to install it the other day but it looked like the gauges were going to obscure more than I wanted of the factory gauges so I took it off. Yours seems fine, even at a low angle. Maybe I'll look at it again.

Has anyone tried Techstream with UCON?

I have not tried it. I don't have the cracked version so I pay $55 each time I use it. Needless to say, I don't use Techstream often. I do need to get back in there and program my VIN, though.

Looks good, mine goes up to around 10 also. Taking pics of your gauges at 90 MPH? LOL

By the way, on your WOT data log, what is your max MAF number?
