    Loosen off on the spark plugs. Will make that hand cranking of the engine MUCH easier, to line up timing.

    URD website says instock on the 16th. I assume they will ship after that.

    Also they need a default tune loaded based on what your current mods are so URD needs to contact those that ordered to get that info and load that default tune.

    I called because I had some other questions. I would say get your order info from their website and email them your mod list. Title the email something like "UCON order #........... vehicle info/ mod list.
    That way they know right away in the title of email that you already paid for it and that they have the info they need to process your order.

    I should have just put my info in the (comments) section on the order page.

    As for the s/c install, I installed the intercooler and plumbing, reservoir, wiring (Don't install fuse), bracket/pump, etc. Pretty much getting everything else ready in my spare time to minimize downtime. Still have to tackle the crank pulley though.

    Pull the fuel pump relay, and crank bump the pulley's bolt free. Unless you have a strong impact gun.

    Then impact it back on..

    Think im going to try a makeshift pulley holder with a 30 inch long 2x4. Drill 2 small holes that line up with pulley holes, then drill larger hole in center for socket to go through. Bolt the 2x4 to the pulley then rotate until the other end touches the ground to lock it in place. Then remove pulley bolt.
    Install is just reverse procedure.

    Not sure if my impact is strong enough but i also would like to torque it to spec. Do most people just impact the snot out of it back on or torque torspd? Haha, couldn't resist!

    I prefer the method which you describe. Making the tool, or buying the tool from Amazon.

    There is one potential issue that you are bound to encounter, is bolt breaking torque force overcoming the strength of the bolts which hold the tool to the crank pulley. M8x1.25.

    Just did an NST crank pulley install on a friend's truck. Bump method to release, and then impact to tighten it back.

    Regular crank pulley torque spec is around ~185 ft-lbs. With the s/c crank pulley, it is around ~205 ft-lbs. Don't quote that.

    I prefer torquing properly, but.....unless you can hold the flexplate from rotating, if the bolts won't....then you're left with how strong your impact gun is.
