Just got home with the truck. I would say it's a good 70 to 80 percent toned down, definitely drivable now and well worth it. If there was enough room for one after the muffler I'd put a second one on

    I have 2 resonators.
Started with the magnaflow resonator then added the vibrant afterwards.

I'm gonna be hitting you up when I'm installing my gauges. I am going with the same set up; all parts at the house waiting.

I also have the Vibrant 1142. Removed most of the drone. But overall volume, same assessment at about 70% quieter. Mine is still too loud for my tastes.

Did the second resonator do what you hoped? I have another vibrant 1142 I'm planning to cram in there.

2nd add on was the vibrant so it helped tremendously. Magnaflow resonator is junk. I’m sure you’ll have much better results with the 2nd vibrant.

Initially with the magnaflow, I only noticed a 20% decrease at most.

I've still got the stock muffler too. If I had more time and money to experiment, I would try a walker ultra flow in place of the stock muffler, or perhaps two more vibrant resonators. Lol just my luck it would sound horrible

What ever happened to the 12-15 UCON? I understand a batch was released but damn, how long does it take to get rolling on the next batch? Another EMS provider on here is going to give URD some serious competition if they can't get the ball rolling on the UCON.

Probably should ask URD that question.

I’m no expert, but I own a 12-15 UCON and that competitor you hint at I doubt has a product with the same capabilities as a UCON. I hope they do offer something similar because competition is good for the consumer, etc etc. But I’ll believe it when I see it.

You have my full support. I would but I can’t remember which thread. May have even been THIS thread.

I talked to Gadget a couple weeks ago and he couldn't give me a solid timeframe as to when it would be back in stock. The professional/developer level self-tuner offered by "the competitor" looks like it isn't too far behind the UCON but I could be wrong.

It doesn't offer a lot of the near standalone capabilities that the UCON does. Even stated as such by the OP.

I think My fuel filter could be my issue with long long starts. Any thoughts?

I would think if that was the issue and the filter was restricting fuel enough so that it wouldn't have enough fuel to start at idle, it would restrict all the time and you'd never make it up a hill or be able to put any load on the motor

What happens if you turn your key on for 5 seconds to build fuel pressure before cranking? Is it still slow to fire up or does it start right away?
