What if you get redone the OEM gears to match URD’s?

Is that actually even possible? Sounds like it potentially could be expensive

You'd have to cut a new slot in the stock gears, probably about 180 degrees from the original one. So you'd need a datum reference to figure out where 0 degrees was, then just offset 3 degrees from there. Easy peasy.

My MPG is around 12.5 city with the UCON. Not sure what mileage you’re getting now, but I guess I’d say don’t expect any miracles. If I baby it I might be able to squeeze out 14 or 15.

Not sure about highway as I don’t really do much in the way of long trips on the highway.

I'm not expecting a miracle with MPG. I just know that my MPG took a nosedive prior to burning out my CATS, so just a symptom of the bad tune that's still there. I haven't had it on the highway since I was told it was too lean, but with the previous tune I was getting 12 MPG on the highway (65-70 mph, cruise control).

I filled up today. Between light footing it over this tank and the cooler weather lately, I squeezed out 14.2mpg.

    Yes. I had that CEL.

Scott made a change and then never got that CEL again.
I also got P0172 and P0175 System to Rich. He made another change and that hasn't returned.

This was back in early/mid Aug.

    Just no resolution :(

I will say I have a stock ECU. Not sure if that made solving the CELs easier or not. I also have no other mods.

    Stock S/C, Stock ECU, UCON

I had all of these codes when I had the TRD flash.

Replaced the ECU with one w/ stock flash (from eBay. $99 shipped) and Scott changed the tune. No more CELs since then.

My ECU arrived. Install will be happening this weekend. Hoping the weather cooperates - truck is too long to fit in the garage with the door closed.
One more question: For the ECU reset, does my battery voltage have to be at a certain level during the 30 minutes the ignition is on & truck is hooked to a charger? My battery is starting to get a bit weak, so just want to make sure a charger will be enough to hold the proper voltage. Maybe I should just jump it from our other truck?
