Because Meso is always out to make a great item even better. These are a New Version with upgrades. I don't know what the upgrade is tho but I'm sure it will be great.

April 15, 2017 - V1s are offered for sale on the forum - Internet almost crashes

V1 was great, but the LED boards left a little to be desired in Meso'd eyes and were not black so they were not as stealthy. There was a waiting list and a core exchange which reduced the price. These were produced like the BLHM mod. The OEM light assembly had to be taken apart, light source replaced, a lot of soldering occurred, then they had to be reassembled, then the outside of the clear lens was vinyl tinted, and then were ready for sale. (It's like this was the stone age in time difference compared to now).

April 29, 2017 - V2s Announced

Unbelievably, 3 days later @mesojdm announces a new and improved LED board. The rest of the procedure and process was the same. The new boards were brighter and cheaper. Two payment options were available now. With a core exchange and without. Prices dropped.

Special Notice - Haste makes waste was never truer for the V1 guys, that couldn't live without these, that beat me to them, but Meso being the epitome of Awesome Sauce that he is, offered to retrofit the original V1s and credit back the difference in cost!! I double dog dare anyone to find another deal like that!

As sad as this news was, not a single person jumped ship. No one was dumb enough to be THAT guy! The list just grew and grew.

June 9 & 18, 2017 - Another freaking major announcement!
We were afraid to read the post but this time it was a good thing. There was talk about a factory smoked lens instead of a spray tinted version!

July 18, 2017 - Meso announces that the New V2 boards are working flawlessly and production will resume. Sales increase.


August 2, 2017 - Meso puts the sequential feature to rest once and for all.

August 10, 2017 - I am finally on the list! (and right away, I introduced the idea for the clear coat spray, which was then adopted as a method to help protect the sprayed on tint )

October 5, 2017 - The forum crashed this day when Meso announced he was finally able to get a dark smoked tint lens!! "Not the official V3 Release Notice"

You live on the coast with the most. I’m moving back south of Pittsburgh soon and very much look forward to snow and mountains.

Very cool. I know when I lived there Winter/Christmas was weird, knowing what snow is. I got over it really quick going to the beach every day though. It was a military life too so the costs most of you guys have to endure were not a thing then either. I suppose my view could be considered a little jaded. I think though now that I am old and have been here most of my life, and am much much older, and likely a little older than some of you guys, I could learn to put up with some of the setbacks a little easier.

Some days all I need is a cold beverage (right Dude?), shorts, sunglasses and my funny little honey to make my life complete. Eating, and also sleeping under a roof is essential too, and since I am not rich I would need to work but just being, THERE, instead of here, I think would be worth it to me.

 

Oh but you won’t go as far as a fig leaf loin cloth??

 

The grass skirt was implied but with the right amount of Mai Tais I can be coerced into just about any regretful situation @Cuffs !

 

Not so much to rush @mesojdm , but I'm wishing for the signals to drop just to kill the visions that this thread is putting in my head.
