    Hi guys,

Hope all is well. I purchased and replaced my wheels with these TPMS however in Techstream I am unable to register the ID's. These have 8 digit ID whereas the OEM TPMS has 7.

I called all of my local tire shops and nobody can assist with reprogramming.

Les Schwab, Firestone, Midas, Americas Tire Co all said we can't assist.

    Any thoughts?

Available for replace or return 30 days. The clock has started. https://www.acdelco.com/parts/tpms Menu has a drop down for technical resources. Not sure why Acdelco for a Toyota. Be sure you have the right part for your truck

Just a thought... the sensor in the picture has an ID starting with a zero. If the ones you bought do also, have you tried to enter their ID to Techstream without the initial zero?

I've bought many sets of TPMS sensors from tirerack.com for various Toyota models. Just select the correct vehicle and they will send you the correct TPMS sensors. All of them I was able to scan the IDs and write them to ECU, 0 issue.

I've had really good luck with the Autel MX sensors. Only downside is you need to buy their scanner to program the sensors. I really like the copy feature where you copy the ID's of your old sensors to your new ones, so the truck picks them up no problem. Awesome for both new sensors or a summer / winter set.

I did the Autel as well. Copied my existing sensors to them for my snow tires. Now I can swap at will, and then relearn the positions like I am doing a rotation. They’ve worked fine.

Yep - I have enough vehicles running TPMS sensors now that I decided to bite the bullet and buy the Autel TS508. Sensors are right around $30 / piece on Amazon. Pretty much all the bad reviews are folks that don't understand the sensors need to be programmed.

ITM tpms. A pack of 4 used to go for $100-120.
come preprogrammed for toyota. Just punch IDs into techstream
Have replaceable sleeves for black or silver wheels.
No issue, going on 3rd year.
