Is there anyone else that fabricates under seat amp racks other than the place that shall not be named? I'm interested in relocating my crossovers to under the passenger seat. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I've used them before for specific items - but in the end, I had a piece of left over ABS from another project, and made my own.

I actually tapped the holes for M4 screws and used some leftover screws from an RC Car project I just wrapped up on. Then I carpeted it

On the backside I put some industrial hook

    Here it is mounted

Build your own for about $40. 1/4 inch sheet of HDPE, 2 aluminum strips and a saw.

I did build my own - for nothing but left over stuff I had in the garage. I saw your pics, and took it upon myself to not be lazy LOL

Nah... They actually cool the amps in the summer.

My kids rarely sit in the back and the winters here are laughable.

Could you or anyone please post the dimensions of that rack? I may just cut a piece of metal myself and make one.

Also guys be careful mounting your amps to materials that are not wood/metal as amps DO get hot. Make sure to account for the heat that your amp puts out AND the weather. You don't want your amp getting loose and sliding under your brake pedal while you're driving, causing you to fly through an intersection while your power wire is making ground.

Agree here. My 2nd Gen had a Rockford Fosgate under each front seat. P400X4 under the drivers and a P400X1 under the passengers.
