I believe OP is asking about the thing above the cooler (it's an oil cooler BTW as it is on MT's as well as AT's).

 

Cooler for tow package. If you don't have this, you don't have the tow package. Always get the tow package.

 

I think OP is talking about the thing in the far upper left of the pic.

the pic was given to me by a guy with a 17. I have a 16 which has the two horn assemblies directly over the little rad. cooler. i'm just curious is all. he didn't know what it was. sorry, just being curious

 

That's the auto trans cooler. The oil cooler is below that.


EDIT: That's actually the power steering cooler I was pointing out.

You can see it a bit better in the above post(scoll down a bit), it's located behind the right horn.

 

I had posted the first image earlier this morning. I think that the item that fishcommander is questioning is the device located in the top left of the first picture... which turns out to be the horns, as shown more clearly in the second picture I just took . . .

No the power steering cooler is way down low by the skid plate. It's hard to see in my pic. Are you saying you have a MT and have the little cooler in this pic?

 

Not me (haven't received mine yet) but others have said that they have that cooler.
