how does this fit on a tacoma, any drilling

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking about. Could you give us some more info, alternate name, brand name, pictures?

 

No drilling. Hardware mounts in the tracks on the inside of the bed rails.

 

I have this on my '16. Like mentioned above, it all mounts on the tracks. My truck is used and it came with the Undercover Flex. Not something I would have given any thoughts about, but I do like its features.

 

As others have replied, these come with the necessary hardware to still utilize your track system and there is no drilling required. If you choose one of the 1-piece Undercover products, you will be limited to the movement throughout the tracks.
