    Seriously?

When I was in high school back in the mid 90's(damn i'm getting old) this kid had a 5.0 that had hot pink lights underneath. I didn't think they looked good then either.

It might be somewhat cool in High School, but all my friends who had them have stopped using them. Half the LEDs stopped working the first time they went through a rain. But as soon as they graduated they ripped them off or just stopped useing them. Save your money and buy something that will last and be functional.

Yeah, save your cash and buy a bitchin' stereo or something. But it's your money and your truck so ultimately do what you want.

It's not something I was thinking about doing right away. I'm working on a homemade light bar right now and I'm going to add two Hella 700s. So I have that to worry about right now anyway. Thanks for the opinions. Much appreciated.

Underglow lights were cool when the first fast and furious came out, I even had them but looking back now it was a waste of money.

You can get a set of halogen fog lights and mount them up under the body, and aim them exactly where you want. This, IMO, will provide better light than the ambient "glow" from ricer type body glow lights.

    Like this:

$14.95 for a pair ain't bad. Probably cheaper than the "glow" kits, too.

    Opinions will differ I'm sure...

Too much work, just post photoshopped pics of your rig. Cut and paste someone else's burnout smoke = you're instantly cool.

    ...too much shit to list.
x2. I don't put anything on my truck that doesn't make my truck go faster or perform better in shitty situations. If you're going to use them just for cruizing around, lame. Rock lights have distinct advantages though.

    Yeah...look at his build :anonymous:

5 (yes ...five) 55 watt HID rock lights (that's 25000 lumens for those of you who don't want to do the math) pointed at the ground.

Sorry brother... I voted for ricers only. We put on racing lights, spot lights, back-up lights, etc, but to each his own. I guess if you ever drop anything outside your truck than you've got an app for that. :D
