I've got a leak coming from somewhere, and I can't figure out the source. Any help or ideas?

    Facts:
    Driving a 2017 DCSB Off-Road.

Went off-roading Thursday, and saw an unidentified liquid dripping from circled location (front passenger, underneath the radiator). Got a few shiners that day, but nothing that broke through. Liquid was clear (after it took off the mud), and only ever-so-slightly bitter. No distinguishable smell. This drip was only present when facing downhill. Watched my engine temperature, worried it might be radiator fluid, but it that temperature never crept up.

Truck sat for 3 days before being driven back home (~2 hr drive through the Rockies). I wasn't driving, so didn't notice any liquid underneath the vehicle at this time.

Truck has been driveway parked since Sunday mid-day, and I've seen this pooling underneath within a few hours. I haven't monitored it, but it doesn't get bigger than this, likely due to evaporation rate and flow rate. The same pool existed today, but clearly much fresher.

No wet spots or indications of where drip is coming from immediately above the liquid.

Any ideas what I'm looking at??

EDIT: Realized this might be the wrong forum (was focused on the "workshop" part), so please move if necessary.

Mud drys out and leaks the water.

    Wash the truck.

    It's complicated.
What does it smell like? What does it taste like? Rub it between your fingers; does it feel greasy, oil, sticky, slimy?

So, do you think you will remove the skid plates and LOOK for the leak??

That honestly seems like a lot of work and I wanted someone to just tell me if I should worry about it or not :D. But that is the next step that I quickly realized.

It's clear, water like, and not oily. I'm wondering if it's washer fluid that doesn't look blue because there's such low quantity. But then how would it have been damaged... :notsure:

I thought it was condensation from the AC, but because the vehicle is off and it's still there, that was ruled out.

I was just going to reply AC sweat as well. They can still drip for a while after the vehicle is shut off depending on the temp and humidity.

EDIT: I see it has been sitting over a day (without running?). If so it might be something else.

    A thing or two...
I'd say that it's worth looking into since the truck isn't supposed to leak.

That's too far forward to be the AC drain which is back at the firewall.

If it is the windshield washer reservoir, it could have just cracked from age and fatigue. Given where the leak is located, my first guess would be coolant, the steering rack, or trans cooler if you're an automatic.

Thanks for the suggestions and input everyone! There was no apparent leakage today, but I took it for a short spin afterwards, so I'll know more tomorrow if it's back. I've just been too busy this week to get time to get the truck up and the skid plates off. I stand by my observations of the liquid, so I'm hoping it wasn't any sort of fluid necessary for driving. She still handled well. I'll keep the thread updated when I get to the bottom (ha!) of it.
