You may not like it, but the system is actually doing its job. The light flashes to tell you it’s working.

This link may help. It explains the traction control modes.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/3rd-gen-traction-control-modes-explained.530695/

In essence, Tacomas have very low traction in the back due to the box weighing next to nothing. When you pull away from a stop light, on a rainy street, a wheel will start to spin. “Auto LSD” kicks in and uses the brakes to limit the wheelspin and regain traction before you do a 180 into the ditch.

You can go easier on the throttle when it’s wet out.

Not sure where to post this, just wanted to get a few second options (or as many as folks want to give). Yesterday I had a shop install a 14” Borla exhaust and today I installed an Intake Flow accelerator. (2020 v6). No other engine or exhaust related mods. I noticed at the end of the night the exhaust was dripping water and maybe steam (it wasn’t really white smoke, but I could see a steam like smoke coming from the exhaust). This was when idling in my driveway, at night and 50 degrees fahrenheit. She new (800 miles), Truck drives fine, no smells and idles normal. I’ll give her a drive tomorrow and take some pics/videos if it continues.

Just trying to figure out if this is all normal or if something is jacked up. Worries that if I bring it to the dealership they will blame it on the modifications.
