I installed my GNTX-313 that I received from Bob. It works I need to figure out how to set up the homelink though. I believe the garage door opener may be old and something else is required. The install was great mounted the sensor and ran the wires and the temp and compass are nice!

TRD PRO buddy Here are the instructions Bob sends out and the ones I used.

ok, I pulled my overhead console out to find out what pin connector I had for my mirror. Attached are some images, but looks like I do not have a connecror for my mirror, it seems to be spliced from the factory. My current mirror has AutoDim, Compass, & Homelink. Sorry for crappy picts.

Though looks like white, green, & red wires are the ones that run to the mirrior.

Bob, can you help me out if I want to gwet one of the new mirrors with Compass / Temp /Autodim / Homelink?

^^ The connector is plugged in to the mirror. It's hidden by the wire cover just above the mirror itself.

I'm also tempted to get one with the added temp read out. But still not a fan of that green back lit letters instead of the cool white.

Update us ones you get one.

From what I read, the connector is supposed to be in the headliner once the overhead console is removed. That is not the case with my truck it appears. So I need to remove the wire cover? Does that just pull off?

Yes sir, should pull off easily. Ones it's off you'll see the connector that plugs into the mirror.

I have a 2014 SR5 package with zero mirror function or visible wires. Is it possible to add this mirror and are there wires in my roof just not being used?

Best way is to check if you have the existing wires. That's where Bob can help you out with a kit. From what I've been reading he gets all positive reviews.

If those frame-less ones came with a temp read out, I would've jump all over it haha. There nice, hey OP do you if they'll ever add that feature?

Would this mirror fit an 08 Camry?

Bob is awesome to deal with, and this upgrade makes all the difference. Toyota should have included this on all trucks.

Bought a used auto dim compass/temp mirror from Bob. The guy was incredibly awesome to deal with and wouldn't ship me the mirror until he felt comfortable that he was sending me the right mirror. I opened the box just to look at it when it arrived a few days later to see, what I would've thought, was a new mirror. He's not kidding when he says you can't tell the difference. The kit had everything too. Amazing guy, and a great deal, considering beat to hell stuff I find in the junkyards aren't anywhere near the condition or the price! If you need a mirror call this guy. Don't even shop around , trust me!
