45 minute cure hot mud, sand, prime, and duplicolor.

Sorry. just got done replacing half of my old plaster and lathe ceiling in the living room with drywall after my toilet wax ring blew. I not think hot mud is just the cure for every surface imperfection.

i wonder if a hot glue dent remover would work on this? i kinda feel like it might. if you are not familiar, you basically hot glue a little plastic nub onto the dent. then there is a pulling tool is used to pull up on the plastic nub. after a pull usually the nub breaks off and then you repeat the process again. the kits i've seen have different strength glues to try.

they are pretty cheap on Amazon -- under $50. might be worth a try? good luck!

ugh! In that corner spot too. ouch! That's not going to be an easy one. Even for a body shop without tapping from the inside of that cab.
Word of advice from experience. Make a decision now if you want it fixed or not. If the answer is yes, get it done as soon as possible, or it will never happen. It's easier to fix problems when they are new.
If/you took apart the seats and can't reach the dent, then ask a body shop how would they go about fixing it, ask them how it's done if it helps you come to a decision.
I have a few buffs and scratches on my truck, and I'm not going to fix them. It shows that my truck has some character. Life isn't perfect, neither is my truck.

OP ignore all the "magic fixes" people are parroting that they saw in a facebook post. If those work at all they work on large dents with no creases or "dimpled"(like yours) dents.

The cheap and dirty fix would be drill it in the center and slide pull it, even that is probably gonna be iffy. Most likely it will need a body shop to fix it "right"

Personally I would clean it up a little and hit it with some touch up. It's a truck, its not gonna be your last ding.

Paintless dent repair. I had some done on my son's Saab and it was freakin' amazing what the guy did. You could not tell it was ever dented. He also guaranteed it was free if I was not satisfied. Did three different spots for about $300.00 Took him about 45 minutes. Definitely check out PDR.

I work at dealer and see this all the time. Honestly I don’t paintless debt removal will be an option in this spot. A good body shop would probably sand it down to bare metal, weld a small rod to it and use a slide hammer to pull it out. Or they’d cut it out.

A cheap way out would be to fill it with bondo and paint the cab corner, this would be the best option in my opinion.

Fill with jb weld and use a paint pen.

Joking aside, live with it. Touch-up any bare spots that would rust and just live with it. You're gonna either open up a can of worms (money), doing it right, or it's gonna look worse than when it started.
