    That it would. So what’s everyone consensus on the safest smallest pulley you can got to without going to a different belt from stock. I’m at 2.825 now

    You may be on to something. I’ve had a white MR2 and white/silver two tone 3rd Gen 4Runner and both looked good in my eyes all of the time. The blue is love and hate!

    Not even close. Doesn't "pop" like the Speedway Blue does.

    That’s the pulley size I came from and as far as I can tell didn’t slip the whole week I was running that pulley haha. I’ve only had this blower for 2 months so my experience is limited

    Edit: I think @12TRDTacoma and a few others mentioned anything smaller than the 2.825” is very susceptible to slip on a stock belt.

    Why are you not wanting to change belts? Its a small amount of effort for the benefit.

    No reason really, Afrs go down to around 11.6ish...maybe a tad lower....probably a tad lower. 14.7 at idle. TRD tune

    You are probably good where you are then unless you want to go down the road of fpr mod, etc.
    Interesting though as most with the TRD tune are significantly more rich than you are.

    That is interesting? @JuanitoBunito do you have the stock pump. Wondering if it could be clogged or near capacity to cause it to run leaner at WOT

    I must know your mods, with that being said anytime you step down pulley size I don't care if it is .1" difference for the blower, the belt should be reduced in size.

    To rely on the tensioner to pick up the slack that you have created by stepping down in pulley sizes you have created a potential situation for slippage under boost. Because it costs the blower horsepower to turn the more boost it builds.

    Consult with my OP in page 1 for your proper belt size. My suggestion as per usual for max effectiveness even if stepping down a few tenths of an inch, go FleetRunner green. Don't think about it just do it.

    A flux retro-capacitance encabulator
    No fires now. I was having an issue where my valet mode decided to activate for no reason. I was pulling my hair out for a couple of days, had Scott remote in and try to figure it out. He realized what it was later that evening, I turned valet mode off and ran just fine. Collected more data for Scott, a bunch of WOT in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and some cruising. He said everything is good.
