Not sure how to chime in with questions on a Toyota installed Super charger. What plugs are you guys running? What are you gapping the plugs at? At what intervals are they being replaced. Also what maintenance is done and when? Thanks for input.

Denso IKH22 gapped to .032"

Service interval is 100k but i wouldnt wait that long

 

Im going less than 60K for safety sake
Also the gap was close nuff right out of the box.... Are u sposed to even mess with iridium gaps?

 

I went about 50k. They were toast.

My last set was 25-30K due to messing with boost referencing... They were def fouled

 

I went 60k on passenger and 100k on driver. No issues

In general, no, don't mess with Iridium plug gaps.

 

Shouldn't have any issues gapping iridiums as long as you dont touch the electrode when doing it. The electrode is more fragile on iridiums

 

Damn I did not know that. I went off the Magnason instructions to gap all at .032”

 

You are fine doing this, ive done this twice now. As long as you didnt break any of the electrodes while adjusting them, then youre good to go

 

Don't be skeered, Iridium plugs don't bite.

 

I had to adjust nearly all of mine for the out of the box from the maggy kit. I've had other plugs that were spot on out of the box.
