    Hello all,

I have decided to upgrade from the stock radio in my 2008 Tacoma. I have perused the very helpful DIY Guide http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/audio-video/571-stereo-upgrade-basic-how-2nd-gen.html but I still have some questions.

    1. Can anyone recommend a good unit to buy? I would like to spend less $150 for the unit. I am currently looking at

    http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/CD-Receivers/DEH-X2700UI

    http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/Digital+Media+Receivers/MVH-X370BT

mainly because I don't know of any other brands.

    2. Do I need any other tools besides a flat head screw driver, socket wrench, wire harness, wire stripper, wire caps, and electric tape?

    3. Do you know of any tutorial videos in English? I found a few on youtube, but they are not in a language I understand. lol

    4. Do you have any tips or tricks to help a newbie out with this undertaking?

    Thank you for your help!
