    yes it is possible but you have to have it done at your toyota dealer for an upgrade. in my area it will cost you $78 including labor.

    Unfortunately not the same way - the wiring on the 05+ (2nd Gen) Tacomas is very different. I am sure you can do it, but I wouldn't go off of that DIY article for a 2nd gen...
