It seems I'm gonna have to replace my stock uca's since my 3" lift was installed and alignment can not happen with out them. Any recomendations on which kind or brand? I'm not looking to spend alot but don't want the cheapest either. Any ideas yall have I would appreciate.

If you are on a budget get the Light Racing UCAs.

Total Chaos, Camburg or Light Racing. Camburg offers one that uses the stock ball joint or a uniball. Total Chaos just has a uniball. I use Total Chaos, was able to get it $550 new so it was an easy choice.

Camburg uses the best quality steel and uniball, and they allow more travel than the other brands. They also use a larger uniball which is stronger.

I, as my friends put it, "beat the living hell out of my truck", and I don't have any real problems with squeaking UCA's.

I keep a can of lithium grease in the truck. The minute they make an noise, I spray the uniball.

I grease the mounts using the zerks every few months as well. Takes five minutes per UCA.

    What He said ^^^

AND, A larger Uniball eats up space for the coil. It can hit the coil at full droop. And its not much stronger than a 1" uniball. The arms will break before the uniball ever comes close to breaking.
