I saw your post from awhile ago now .....
Not sure if you got your bumper situation figured out yet or not ??
But there's a diesel performance truck place in Plattsburgh that's very good. They do suspensions , lifts , body stuff and accessories too , in addition to performance motor work . So , I'm sure that a bumper install would be not problem .
Right off hand I forget the name of the place , Sorry , but I'll see if I can find it . I'll edit or update post if I do .
