    Anyone found hexagonal amber inserts that fit into the BD Rock lights? It would be nice to be able to switch back and forth. Haven’t actually seen the lights yet so not sure how this would work...

    Just put everything in the cart and trying to man up and click the buy button. It won’t be easy explaining how much it cost, but at least she’ll understand why.

    So I got my rack a while ago, and then Rona hit. So that has resulted in like 4+ weeks of looooooooooooong days. So I have had to wait on my Bravo install. Which sucks. So I told work last weekend I was taking this weekend off, and I was planning on doing the install.
    But of course, due to social distancing and my high-risk work, I can't get anybody to help me do the install. So what's a Taco driver to do when nobody can help with the install? You come up with a Rona mod install.
    So I took small diameter foam pipe insulation and cut if to fit any and all possible areas of metal to metal contact.
    Cut the insulation in sections so that it fit around corners and bends, and would "float" the rack above the hood, windshield, and roof.
    Took my dual band antenna off so I wouldn't have to go over that. Got the Bravo started up the hood.
    Walked it up the windshield. Had to kind of crab it back and forth easing it over the bend in the roofline.
    Made it! Now just had to ease the rack into position over the spacers.

    My pads held together (That's what she said!), and once I had it positioned, it was an easy matter to tear/cut away the tape and then pull the foam out.
    Installed.
    Very happy with the rack. Got the jack rack mount installed, and I'm waiting for the rain to clear before I finish with a pair of grab handles. I'll be ordering the tool rack, roto mount, and probably the traction mat mounts. I have a Waterport that I hope to put up there too.

    Do the scene light areas come pre cut out or do we have to punch it out when the rack arrives? I saw you have to drill the holes for the screws in your video just curious about the cutouts

    @upTOPoverland

    Finished the installation of my access cab alpha rack. The access cab install gave me a run for my money but everything turned out okay (with one or two ground down drill bits later..)

    I absolutely love the final product. But on top of what I think is the cleanest roof rack on the market, the customer service impressed me even more. This was likely the most involved mod I’ve done and Micah babied me through it. Would have had to pay someone to do it for me had he not helped me out as much as he did.

    Waiting for my Snugtop Rebel to come in. Placed an order for the Bravo and eX yesterday. Stoked, and can’t wait! Good camping weather is just around the corner in AK!

    Another AC! Yeah buddy. Looks great.

    Yes, drilling the holes sucked. I spent 2 days and 2 drill bits doing it.

    Nice, make sure you triple check the shell before they install it. Customer service has all but died at SnugTop. Luckily it’s the exact opposite with UpTop so far.
