It's giving me ute vibes. The way the rack is a little wider than the cab. Can't wait to see if with your stuff on it. Are you doing an RTT?

It would be about a inch shorter then where it is now if you put it on the lowest setting

I have a 270 awning I plan on putting on it, along with all the stuff I had in my bed....i.e. waterport, rotopax, and small propane tank.

Also it seems uptop has proprietary mounting hardware for anything on there track system? I tried putting a carriage bolt but it didn’t fit. Trying to figure out how to mount my awning brackets that came with the 270

drilling holes through the middle of the bar is normally how we do it. Those 270s are heavy

So drill through the actual load bar? Would that compromise the load bar?

Cool that might be the route to take....guessing the t-slot track nut might be a bit on the weak side?

I think it might work. The overland vehicle systems has a ton of mounting holes

I think my roof rack should be set to ship later this week if my counting skills are accurate. Is there anything other than the silicone that is needed for install that isn’t included with the rack?

it's not a bad life. Camping is harder in PA, lived in york for 14 years. You def have to try harder

I use camping here as trial runs for when I can finally go away for more then a weekend... last time I went, I couldn’t even set up camp there was so much poison ivy at the camp grounds.
Hoping to do a x-country trip in the next few years where there isn’t as much “regulated camp grounds”
