That's why I went amber instead of white also. I heard the whites are very bright and I didn't want to blind folks at camp. These are still pretty bright, but not overly bright if you look semi-directly at them. I'm very happy with the color choice

I want the best of both worlds

Amber for keeping the bugs down

White for when bright light is needed, driving, trail repairs.

I have an idea for switching the pods that if i can it get to work and work reliably. Will be really cool. But that is on the "roundtoit" list.

Anybody have pics of the uptop bravo ex with a RTT installed on it? Ordered one for my topper, and wanted to see what the clearance for the mounting hardware. I don't keep the RTT on the truck but on certain trips I want to add it up there. I know another brand makes a mount to raise the tent just a little. Trying to decide if I need to order something like that for then I need to use the rtt on the cap.

If I’ll be installing by myself would I be able to build it on top of the truck?

Not sure I would recommend that just because you want to make sure it gets squared up when you put the front and rear bars in place. It's light enough you could lift it up by yourself if you had to.

I built mine on the ground by myself. Then put some pad protection on the roof and ‘set’ it in place. Then I went to the front and lifted up and removed that pad and aligned and slightly tightened the front mount. Then went to the back and repeated.

It worked well enough for me.

That's a new one. Everything tight? Got a rear wheel out of balance?

I have the same Bravo Rack. Make sure you have the rack square to the Roof. Since the Rack feet are slotted to shift I had to make sure mine were all equal.

Make sure the bolts that go into the roof are all lined up equally so the Roof rack is not angled to the roof.

You guys doing any new runs of Swag soon? I’d love to get a hat but off-center logos aren’t really my thing.
