So after checking everything.. the rear feet are what flex.. the bolts are as tight as I can get them without stripping anything.. the front has flex but not as near as much as rear.. I'm going to putt rack off tomorrow and reinstall feet first and then add rack then the side pieces.. hopefully I will find some resolution otherwise I'm wondering if the feet are the issues

The only other thing I've noticed is the feet mounts are less than a mm from touching my roofline

I'm not trying to be difficult.. I had different instructions cause I have the older design feet.. but am I correct that the 1" spacers go in rear and the shorter go up front? @upTOPoverland Screenshot_20210703-072955~2.jpg

Huh, that’s odd. The OG has all exact same foot length.
ok, woah, that doesn’t look right.

Did you try pulling your headliner down a little to look? You can see the bolts if you
Pull it down a little in that spot. Maybe put a nut to pull it tight

I'll give that a shot. I was able to fit a pair of bolt cutters there, and cut the bolt almost to the roof. I filled it with silicone as a temp fix. Been raining hard every day and so far so good. Thanks for the advice.

I ordered the Bravo rack and just received update that they're starting powder coating. How long did it take for you guys to get your roof rack after this update?

Yeah I don't like that and my alpha doesn't do it.
Once you add that silicone, and a lot of it and let it cure!, there should be no play for a while. IMO..
If you're wanting to work it out with boot then tap it of course and get 1 size up /retorical.
    Damn.
*Edit to add people addressed this. More retorical: add extra spacers / washers to see if makes the difference.

I talked to Drew yesterday and was told it's within spec.. but I never could get anyone to say theirs does this.. I don't like it either but .. it is what it is .. least that's what it seems.. I've added a grade 8 washer on top to cover more surface area.. but it didn't change the results

That's a bit freaky IMO. When you first posted, everything was tightened down I assume. I wouldn't expect that much flex from it though.
