I'm not familiar with the fuel pumps I just know that they're highly recommended for the smaller pulley and the 7th injector is a must. Call Gadget at URD and he'll sort you out. Like @Clay_916 said above though, stick with the 2.2 pulley

Originally the URD kit (6 injectors not 7th) came with a Walbro 190 fuel pump. I've had mine in since '04 and its plenty as well as a drop in.

So ive got a couple questions to bring this back.
    Background on my truck. 2000 4runner, sc, 2.2, 7th, ik22, walbro 190, 91 octane fuel, 170 t-stat, 4,200 ft. 35's tires on stock gearing (limited so i believe its 4.10s)

My problem is with these larger tires driving at 65 mph my engine sits at 1800-2200 rpm and thats the perfect place for HGLR ping. i have heard ping previously before the 7th, but i am now (past year been fighting this) getting a knock sensor bank 2 code which causes the truck to retard timing and go into limp mode. I have replaced the knock sensor and wire harness with no change, same problem.

my timing from the 7th map A keeps me at 20 deg (+,- 2 deg) which is supposed to be perfect. i have also changed the overage pressure from 3 to 2 which is the fuel enrichment to start at 2 psi in the vehicle (thats not the 7th injector yet)

another problem that i have is i believe my high rpm timing is off. iirc reading ether urd, speedy or TxACE that on the dyno they found that 20 deg was the best place for timing to get the most power. mine showing on the ultra gauge reads 13-15 in high boost and looking at map A timing is all 0 meaning no changes. Ive had to add fuel as well. about 15% across the table. afr now read high 10 and low 11 in boost.

so what do you recommend for my hglr ping and what should my timing be at high boost for more power?

With the 3.4 being all over the map with regards to pinging, I would suggest you focus on the cells in that 1800-2200 rpm area and not focus on the 20 deg timing.
For example, when my truck did ping it was in the 2600-2900 rpm area and retarded timing in those cells. I had zeros everywhere else. Now I have W/I and don't run any
    retard anywhere.
You said you have replaced the knock sensor but there are two. A few people have converted over to the Wells GM knock sensor SU1075 after issues you describe but I can't speak for that.

I would also recommend switching to the GM SU1075 knock sensors as well. They are less sensitive and less likely to over retard your timing

I gotta do this. I have my bad sensor bridged to my good sensor at the ECU, not the best idea. I keep saying next time I'll do this next time I need to do anything under the hood, but you know- Toyota.

Who are you asking? And what's HGLR?

ok yeah, I'd like to know too. Do you have the ability to tune closed loop boost, and is it in the 10-11 range when it's pinging? That seems unlikely to me, regardless of timing being pulled or not. You've realized by now that some of these trucks are just super ping happy. I'll check on my total timing in open loop high RPM, but it's definitely down near 15* or less.... not 20

Hey @Rmartin517 did you ever get that used 7th injector kit installed? How's it worked out for ya? I finally pulled the trigger on a new complete kit through URD, hopefully going to get it installed soon.

Did you get a smaller pulley as well?

nah just the 7th injector, I've had pretty bad pinging issues for the past year or so on my stock s/c charger setup, despite always running 91 and having colder plugs. Hoping the URD kit helps as advertised, if it does I'll look into upgrading the pulley eventually.

I have to be careful with the upgrades though as I live in CA and even the 7th injector kit will make me fail a smog visual if the tech cares enough. I've heard it's 50/50 out here, just have to find a shop willing to overlook it or not realize what it is. Worst case scenario I unhook it for the test.

Trd S\C with nosecone hybrid bearing upgrade kit. 2.0 urd pulley, 7th injector kit-urd "6 fabtech lift with 3" body lift. 20" XD spy wheels with toyo open country r\t's in 37"x 12.50x20. Front and rear diffs re-geared to 4.88 dirty 30 drive axles. and a rhino pack clutch. Custom exhaust and huge mudflaps!
So......After all the 7th injector talk. What kind of fuel are you using?? I like to mix my own to what my map calls for! I data logged like for like 6 months and used wide-band tuner to tweak my map. I found the biggest thing was the fuel mix. E10 makes 15% less power than regular fuel and is less likely to ping. 91-93 non-ethanol has to much power and burns much hotter and faster and can ping more due to heat from hotter fuel. But i find if i mix 89 regular non-ethanol fuel with 91-94 octane E10 I get a perfect blend of 90-91 and at 7800 ft above sea level it has ZERO PING! I have the 7th, the 2.1 pulley, Crank pulley, ported polished supercharger intakes, Hy-brid bearings in the supercharger, Trd headers, custom collector and 1 high-spun Catalytic converter and 3" of straight pipe into a series 40 flow-master 3" inlet and 3" outlet. And 4:88 on 37's.
You may end up trying a MAF calibrator or maybe even a stand alone system.

Just got my 7th injector kit installed yesterday, driven it a couple hundred miles so far and all I have to say is WOW. This must be what the 5VZE supercharger was supposed to feel like all along :D Finally no more pinging; I was dealing with major pinging issues especially in the high gear/low RPM range and when going up any sort of incline while in boost...that's almost completely gone now (still get a couple pings when slamming the pedal to the floor but it quickly goes away, that's to be expected from what I've read). Highly recommend this kit to anyone with a lean/pinging issue and wondering whether or not to pull the trigger...do it!

The 7th injector only enriches open loop fueling. It's a pretty sloppy fix IMO. It's good to hear you're having success, I'm just trying to avoid spreading of misinformation.

I've been hard on the throttle the past few days that it's been on and I haven't experienced any of the pinging I was getting on a daily basis beforehand, it did exactly what was advertised for me. Not saying it will solve everyone's issues but it was worthwhile in my case.

The URD FTC that comes with the 7th kit retards timing under boost. It's basically taking power away to avoid detonation caused by a mechanism intended to make more power. I'm not certain but if there were a way to pair an o2 sensor skewing device into the system I think it would be a much more complete solution. IMO closed loop response with a SC setup is paramount.
