Lets here what you have to say, here are links to both.
    URD Stainless http://urdusa.com/store/Exhaust-&-H...Exhaust-2005-2012-Tacoma-V6/product_info.html
    JBA http://urdusa.com/store/Exhaust-&-H...LB,DC/SB,-4.0L-V6-&-XRunner/product_info.html

I am going to run these headers (Thorley Short tubes)
    http://urdusa.com/store/Exhaust-&-H...4.0L-V6,-Short-Tube-CERAMIC/product_info.html

I am leaning torwards JBA for 2 reasons, 1. Price, 2. Back Pressure, 3 inches seems like a lot of flow.

I have a DCSB with a spectra intake, 3 inch lift and 31s, I know someone will want to know. No other performance mods.

Personally with what performance mods and tight budget you have I would say no.

I guess what I am getting at here is I want better sound, and it seems I should go with the flowmaster setup for that.

I'd spend some time in here http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/performance-tuning/14558-sound-clip-compilation-thread.html checking out different sound clips. Everyone has their own opinion on what they think sounds good pick what you like and go with it. I have a magnaflow 16625 cat back urd y pipe and jba shorties I think it sounds great but does drone some at low speed low rpms.

That thread is very helpful, thank you, I want to keep my low end power or even improve it, hence the shorties, any other suggestions?
