This is a little sneaky on my part, but my friend's daughter Tatum has been nominated for the 2011 - Lacrosse Best Women's Performance.

She only started playing the game her freshman year of high school and has been kicking ass since. The nomination is based on her performance on the US Lacrosse 2011 Girls' All-America team.

If you could take a second and vote it would hugely appreciated.

Tatum Coffey under the BEST WOMEN'S PERFORMANCE section.

    Thank you!! :)

She's genuinely that good and was winning before I posted this thread. I just like to help out where I can.

Stats and photo from that second link:
"Coffey tallied 123 goals and 65 assists this season for Coach Lauren Wasky
    … Led team to a 14-3 mark
    … Two-time All-State selection
… Shore Conference Player of the Year
    … Team MVP
… Helped team win three division championships
… Lettered in three other sports, including soccer, basketball and boys ice hockey (emphasis mine)
… Member of National Honor Society
    … Ranked 5th in class of 602
… Plans to major in Communications at Penn State."

That's crazy! I never heard of anything like that until I met Tatum. Her brothers are into it, which got her dad into it, but I guess it's not as rare as I thought. :)
