I did, sorry I forgot to post up. The shackle hangers stick out 2.5" from the front of the bumper.

How much did it squat the front?

Been looking to do the same setup, just wondering if I will need to do something to level it back out. I won't mind a little squat, if it doesn't affect the drive, but don't want a bunch.

I don't remember exactly how much it dropped the front end, but it definitely brought it down. That extra 120lbs brought the nose down about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch from what I remember. It didn't really affect the drive, but I didn't like it sitting so low. I put in my SAWs set to their factory height (I think it's 1" or so) and it brought me up a little bit over stock height. My biggest mistake in ALL of this has been not taking any damn measurements, lol.

Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
That looks damn nice. If I ever find myself needing a winch that's the route I'm planning on.

Thanks Brad! The bumper you powder coated for me should be in today. I'll make sure and get lots of pics and measurements. I will probably go with some 5100's at some point, to level it back out, but it will have to wait for the funds to replenish. Which was the reason for my questions on the drive.

You will like that powdercoat. It's a custom mix with Teflon and is super slick and tough. And yes... lots of pics, we need them.

    Thank you for your business!

It's bedliner... black but maybe David, the owner (can't remember his forum name) will chime in with details.

Here is mine installed. Powder coat from us offroad. I'll get a install post up some time. I threw some cheap $20 lights in there to hold me over for the mean time. 20151113_132630.jpg

Just about anything will work. We use the standard 10" x4.5" bolt pattern of course and length and width is not an issue for 99% of winches. What you need to watch is total height. Read this for more info: https://www.usoffroad.us/winch-fitment/

Our Engo winches are certainly tried and true. Fit without issues and are outstandingly reliable. We have several combo packages in our Sale Depot that are discounted and have FREE shipping: https://www.usoffroad.us/store/sale-depot/

Can this bumper be mounted with an aftermarket skid plate? I don't see a problem, but haven't the underside of the bumper very well. Does it only bolt to the frame rails? or does it also bolt to the bottom of the lower tie bar?

    Thanks,

I don't think it is redundant as the bumper does give you some protection up front, but the type of skid plate I have is the All pro that protects the oil pan and bolts to the lower tie bar and frame crossmember below the transmission.

Took a look at the install docs (for the correct bumper, sorry for a little off topic, I have an 09).

Looks like the front 2 bolts on the skidplate are where the bumper bolts to the lower tie bar though.

I guess you could could put the bumper on and then bolt the skid plate below it if there is enough give and bolts are long enough to go through bumper and skidplate holes.

Edit: Also the install docs are really good, especially for an aftermarket product. Very nice.

Threw some 5100's in it to raise the front and some cheap Chinese lights. Money too right for the nice lights o_O. I just lined them damn things with black silicone and is kept the fog out, even with a high pressure wash each week. Learned that the hard way. :annoyed:

Freaking love the bumper brad! Pulled tractor and sort of crap out, no issue. Still need to post a install. I'll get around to it, lol.
