I'm getting a display message stating that the "Power Consumption of USB device too high. USB device will therefore be turned off." This repeats every 10 seconds and cannot be stopped. Also, nothing is plugged into the USB ports. Photo attached. Just Bluetooth connected. Fixes?

If nothing is plugged into the USB Port and you are getting this message either the power leads to the USB Port are shorting and drawing > 0.5 amperes or the Stereo just thinks that it is...

    Either way Dealer visit.

I don't think the two things are related. Probably a radio or wiring issue. You could unplug the usb cable from the rear of the stereo and see if it still happens. If it does the stereo is the problem.
