    Hello all,

Just wanted to get some opinions. I have 2004 double cab with 5ft bed. I do have an undercover tonneau on my truck. The bed of the truck is already pretty scratched up. I am looking for something to hold stuff in place and not slide around as much.

I can purchase a used Bedrug for my truck for $150 or a new Bed mat for about $80. If the choice was a new bedrug at $350, it would for sure be a bed mat.

I do not bring up a Spray in because of the price also and it seems they are slippery anyways and I would be putting a bed mat over the spray in.

I have read a trillion reviews it seems and I just wanted a few more opinions please.

Thanks in advance for any opinions and/or suggestions.

Personally I would go with a mat. Since you don't have a cap, no use in having "carpet" like bedrug. A mat will hold things in place and you won't have to worry about it getting dirty.

I vote for the bed mat.

I have the Bed Rug in my truck and I love it, nothing slides around and also the bed rug is really strong I have hauled alot of stuff in it and it still looks great I highly recommend it

I vote bed mat for the same reasons Koov mentioned. You might be able to find a mat even cheaper if you spend some time searching, although $80 isn't too bad. I got mine for $65ish through JCWhitney.
