So my build thread was lost in the depths of the 2nd gen forums, that and my photo hosting site I was using decided to ban postings to firearms websites. So I deleted that shit and lost 99% of the photos I had. This will be a continuation.

    MOVING ALONG:turtleride:

I picked up a cherry 2011 AC cab 6 speed with a little less than 19,000 on it in March of 2014

    EC9D35F5-BABB-4956-AD30-EF03C442EBEA_zps_08da6c1477313c31667f48df8dd0059043d2ede1.jpg

stock didn't last long, I ended up debadging it and dipping the grill

    4FE41B2F-453E-49F2-9295-44DA928A72A4_zps_24dc98081aebd8bff3250aa6ae78abe98562d41c.jpg

Then stock with no parts welded on got boring, so I made a bed rack and some jerry can holders.

    11193422_10153310771510477_7694089605133_e14b1436b00ba99afeefaf400ab458127620338f.jpg

Then somewhere along the journey i drilled a fatty hole in the fender and finagled a LC80 snorkel on and made myself some sliders. I also did a CMC and beat in my pinch weld.

    17493E98-08D4-43BB-9BF2-58002CBAA941_zps_3c3ac0b2cb7f5bc4d0a7444536893aa20436ac67.jpg

Then i hit a stump and bashed in my rear bumper pretty good so i decided it was HC time. I ended up making my own.

Then i wheeled and car-ramrodded a stump with my front bumper
    1E561C2F-495E-411E-9B48-142683A60703_zps_29638685a26bbda05e86c12d55d3a84cb6400790.jpg

Obviously it was time for a new front bumper, Id really have liked to have made my own but time was short and the bumper was haggard so I banged out a Relentless DIY kit.

when you wire all that up, can you do a writeup for the wiring, for someone who barely knows what gauge wiring to use? I have both of those installed in my truck, but nothing wired to them because I have no idea what Im doing.

    Nice build progress so far!

I'll see what I can put together, I generally don't have the patience to make write ups. I get to caught up in the project itself and forget to take pictures

As for the update. I had to make another mounting plate for the aux box and unfortunately for @bobsuruncle i hacked up the old one.

Now I just have to get power to it and then I'll start running some wires

Hey @awsumdc. Quick question, I'm picking up the FJ case this weekend. I noticed the link for the DPDT switch on the RST forums doesn't work. Do you have a reccomendations on where I can get one from?

And I'll be getting the case before my twin sticks arrive, can I still grind the selector and run a single selector until it gets here?

Thanks to @bobsuruncle for cruising along to pick up the transfer case, good thing we didn't have to pull it.

Got the case split and the rail ground down

Case is in! I'll end up taking it out again when I can figure out how to make the sensors work correctly and throw in the sticks

Another picture of the FJ case split open. The hardest part of this was the three little keys. I was able to do everything else by myself except for those little bastards. Thankfully my brother was able to lend a hand, proving that just because you have a desk job doesn't mean you aren't useful

Removed the factory 4hi-lo switch and made this cover, I'll be mounting the front add diff actuator switch here when it arrives.

Yep, you'll still have to wire in a switch for the front diff and eliminate to 4wd ECU

Alright guys, got the switch figured out. Wiring...I hate it... I should have it functioning correctly which will be tested when I get home and throw in the sticks... They're sitting on my porch :bananadance:

Awesomeness, still got some cleanup work to do. That and I'll have to cut and move the hi/lo shifter to the left, it interferes with selecting 2nd gear. I'll also need to swap around the sensors on the t case eventually
