I had a nice Toytec 3" lift kit with an AAL on my 09 and my sister runs the same thing on her 2013.

I just removed bilstein 5100's on my 1st gen taco and upgraded to the bigger bilstein 6112's and some All Pro upper control arm's . So far I'm really liking the 6112's

Just did a quick Moab trip. Poison Spider Mesa and Chicken Corners / Jackson Hole. Nice temps, but windy in the afternoons, sandy AF. Glad we didn’t camp this time.

Seeing all these jacked jeeps/broncos/ SAS’ed tacos, makes me realize how small potatoes all the mods I’ve done to my truck and 295s are pathetic and tiny. :(

Did you need to upgrade the brake master cylinder for the 4disk setup. I have been looking into the big brakes kits up front and the rear disk conversion

4Runners come standard with 4 wheel disks and bigger brakes than the tacoma. Beefier ball joints and tie rods too.

I installed the sunglass holder from a 4runner that wasn't available for the tacoma lol. You guys get all the good stuff

That’s why I bought one instead of the new tacoma lmao. Linked rear, still got the 4.0, manual tcase, nicer interior, all the good shit.

The fact that some versions of the T4R still have the t-case lever really surprised me when I started looking at them! But the Trail edition that comes in army green is one of the digital knob versions :(

Gotta get one of the army green 2020 pro’s to get the manual tcase. Or wait and see if 2022 they open the army green to the offroad models

Yeah, they dropped AG to the lower model (trail) this year, but maybe it'll go even more general next year. Cant find a T4R trail model anywhere locally anyway right now.

I hate how they do that. Offer the cool colors in the stupid trims so people will buy more of those. I get why they do it, but as a consumer I hate it. I’d have a voodoo blue 4runner if I could’ve gotten it in anything other than a pro.
