    Actually, I got a free one from the dealer because I complained to them. I showed them the window label and it said it “came” with all weather mats but I saw that it only had the ones for the driver and passenger even though there were no seats in the back of the access cab. I tried to buy one but they argued that the mats come in a set. So I talked to the salesman and said I paid for all the mats but never got the rear one. They looked at other sr models and it had one. So they got took one out of a new box and gave it to me. The salesman argued that no one sits back there and why would I want one.

    I have an Access Cab, utility package. I purchased a universal mat for the rear cockpit floor, from Amazon: Kraco K2520BLK Black Rubber Universal Runner - 1 Piece. It was $20. Decent fit. I trimmed around the console to customize the fit. Good product.
    I checked Amazon and it indicated the mat is currently unavailable. Maybe you could find it through another vendor.

    They gave me the front and back mats when I bought my SR Access Utility. I didn’t even have to ask.

    I picked up the truck today. Happy with it but not the dealer. I had negotiated him adding mud flaps including installation and he tells me today they don't make OEM flaps for the SR. Is that true? If so, is Weathertech or Husky a good alternative? He knocked 100.00 off my final price after I complained and also gave me bed rail sliding hooks. I need to get some flaps though.

    I believe the dealer is correct, toyota doesn't offer moulded mud flaps for the SR without flares.
    I have weathertechs on my SR and like them alot. Doesn't take long to install.
