My mom and dad are buried here side by side. Both made it home from WW2 and raised a wonderful family. May everyone be as fortunate as me to have loving parents that know how to teach right from wrong.

To the OP....great post that carries a great lesson. Rep to you for making that post and for serving.

To all the other Vets: Happy Veterans Day.....and that carries my profound thanks to those who served before me....for setting the standard and allowing me to serve. Also to those who served when I did....for the camaradarie and for sharing the burden so that I enjoyed the time I served and the people I served with. To those who are currently serving for allowing me the choice to sit here and type so many words and try to express my thoughts of admiration for you!

May God bless you and keep you safe to come home to your families and friends.

Thank you to all the soldiers who risk their lives and have lost their lives so this can hang outside my house(even though it is not a real flag, without them even this banner would not be there).[IMG]

I'm proud to have served 12 years.
I'm proud and thankful of all my brothers and sisters who serve and have served in the past.

Also to honor those in our allied nations . Canada, Great Britain and many others. Family, friends and many great people from many countries.
