    If,
    65496 equals -40
    and
    65506 equals -30

    Fahrenheit makes more sense, except it only goes to 168°F,
    Which isn't even up to operating temperature for ECT.

    Celsius makes more sense, except it goes way over 300°F,
    Which is too much range for Engine Coolant Temperature.

    If the values are °C.
    Then °F would be.
    -40=-40F
    -30=-34F
    0=32F
    30=86F
    60=140F
    90=194F
    120=248F
    150=302F
    168=334F

    I've been playing with this weekend ( must have flashed a dozen times trying values) So far it seems like the temperature is in ferinheight. I believe it uses the ambient temperature sensor (which is different then the temperature displayed on the dash). I have my 60 column at 94.368 and that gets me about 14.57 volts when the ambient temp sensor was around 55 degrees idling cold engine. As I drove the ambient temp would increase and when around 78 degrees my voltage was about 14.48(my 90 column set at 92.556 which got me around 14.32 volts). So it seems the voltage is scaled when the temp is between column values. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense it's been a long day and I'm done.

    I plan on doing more playing around when I get time.

    The values here are just my starting point and need to be refined

    It's definitely F, not C. It's taking the reading (I believe) off the ECT (Engine Compartment Temperature) sensor. My mapping for the Base Phase Duty cycle are dead on for what I'm looking for. Based on the ECT, the battery has scaled up and down when the bay is cold vs warm. I haven't tried it in extreme temperatures yet, such as when the ECT gets above 90 or below 0, but since my mapping has the same values for the extremes, I don't forsee any problems, but for the important values, (0 - 90), the charge voltage scales exactly where I want it to.

    Is there anyway you can use vLogger to log the ECT as well as voltage as the truck sees it, over time?
    May be easier to parse for relevant data over time.

    These things need to be plotted in a graph, so we can see averages and any spikes/drops.

    I haven't played with it enough to know. If someone does know, I'd like to know myself!

    I wonder if I can do it with one of my regular OBD apps that I use on my other cars for tuning, hmm... might have to look into it tomorrow.

    Those should work. I just bought a BLE OBDII scanner. Can just load up Torque app to collect data.

    just FYI. I tried these values for a few days and my battery dropped from 14.5 to 14.2 and that has never happened before

    I was running @Shellshock values with everything set to 94 in the ECU table from 30 up. What confused me was why you base phase duty 1 was only 14%?

    Hmmm
    I tuned mine with @Shellshock in the early days. He might have updated it since then. I’ll have to revisit my numbers with him.

    Because that table you leave stock. On the 16-17 it’s like 60 or 80 or something. On the 18+ it’s 14

    It’s a 16/17 vs 18+ difference. Your good.

    Oh.

    I was not aware the base phase fields were supposed to be left alone.

    With that, in the new VFtuner update, some of the base phase fields no longer exist. If someone has the default values for those I will gladly revisit the AGM values in tunes. Thanks and thanks @uploadadventure

    Yes, I've used it in ~30F temps and it does change to the correct voltages. I haven't been able to test it to 0F yet though.

    Right around 14v as I recall. It's been warm here the past few days so I can't check. I remember firing it up one night when it was pretty cold out and it hung around the 14v mark until the bay warmed up then climbed to 14.2-14.5v

    I could adjust it downward a bit and probably should, and I'll probably do some tweaking when it gets a lot colder here, but temps have been all over the place the last couple weeks so it's made testing harder.
