just took it out for 100 miles No stumble at full throttle Had the truck past 100 a few times not that I’ll be going that fast all the time but mostly to to test full throttle to see if it would do what it did yesterday I bumped the rpm fuel cut off up to 7k Since I was hitting 6500 at full throttle I think what I was feeling was the cut off then that was set at 6200.

 

I also raised the TC lock and unlock points for the higher gears and eliminated half lock/unlock for them as well. I reverted them back to stock for a new version to test as well as raised fuel cut to 7K. I’m determined to figure this out.

I for one plan to smooth out the throttle primary table.

Jump from 700 to 1300 rpm....why

 

that makes sense. I figured it would be so we could change the axis numbers from reading numbers such as 24.701 to read a flat 25. Just didn’t know exactly what to do with them. I’m sure he’ll explain it in the webinar.

Here is what i see on latest iteration.
I circled the area where the engine load was 85-90%, accelerator climbing 45 to 52, but throttle sensor position is behind by 10 or more points. Sort of catch up when ACIS kicked in.
Similar with throttle position°.
Per throttle limits for gear 5 I should be matching the accelerator.

I'm totally down for learning something!
When these values do align, what are the benfits? How do you decide and or know which tables should align? This particular example attached was from my latest tune? What would you suggest I do to it to improve upon it for this particular example? I'm definitely interested in your knowledge / thoughts / logic. If what you say makes sense in my simple head, I'll give them a go and see what the AssDyno5000 (Binford Model) has to say.

 

Hey y'all! sorry for the delay, work has been a bit crazy lately and I can only test the cold start voltage in the morning.
Here is my newest iteration of numbers. The starting ECU voltage is ~14.56v-14.6v which is around 14.7v at the battery when the engine is cold in the morning, currently our mornings in Nor Cal are at around 50-60 degrees. Once the engine temp comes up to around 140 degrees the voltage will drop down to about 14.3-14.4v which is within the recommended minimum charging voltage from Odyssey. Currently, my battery is topping off just fine. I am still trying to get more info on what each duty cycle does and what the percentages are in relation to very specifically, i.e. what exact voltage are they related to and do they relate to charging vs float charging. I am coming to realize that each vehicle's alternator and such works a just a bit differently so y'all will need to optimize based on your specific vehicle. Send me your numbers if something is off a bit and I will help you adjust.
