I would change them. We don’t know the conditions that call for the acceleration tables, but as you can see whenever this condition is met it forces a downshift to 4. IMO these maps just add another layer of unpredictability. I have noticed no negative effects by eliminating them. KISS concept and all.

Perhaps this has been addressed, are unused credits able to be transferred to another vFTuner user?

I made them match my primary tables. I will see how these changes help! I appreciate your feedback!

This is great! Thanks so much! I’ll be reaching out to you shortly! Too much craziness around the holidays to be playing with my truck (without getting in trouble from the misses!)

No, the ECU IDs won’t match, and we’re waiting on the 2021 tune packs to be released

Now I have another issue, I've got the TSB update done using techstream. I'm now on 89663-04B04, but when I go to flash Mooseditty newest file I'm getting an unsuccessful identification. Battery is hooked to a running car and it's saying batter is at 13.5v could the voltage too high be an issue?

Had this happen to me twice tuning other trucks but they both had bad batteries! If you can verify your on 04B04 with techstream then you can go ahead and flash a 04B04 tune. That is what i did. But confirm your ECU with techstream first!

I think you need to start it, then turn it off, then go through the same procedure for the tune.

You should start the truck as PhogDog has posted.

Actually I prefer a gear hunting between 5 and 6th on the freeway as longer I don't hit that 4th (unless it is required). I see nothing wrong to go back and forth between 5th and 6th as longer the truck maintain the momentum at given conditions.
I dialed my ride to stay primarily in 5th and 6th going up at high speeds by utilizing TC unlock and early downshift from 6th to 5th. TC unlocking alone bumps RPMs to 2600 and it more than enough to keep going up in 5th.

If that 4 to 5th upshift would work...

Yeah I don’t mind 5 to 6th either. But mine seemed to be going to 4th every time. Rarely even going into 5th.
